The accepted payment methods are as follows. In case of non-payment from the 4th day, we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th we will close it with a statement of unpaid item and will relist the product. Products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the time frames and according to the modalities provided by express mail Sda, Gls, priority mail, registered mail, and others at discretion (we are not responsible for delays due to mail). If your package is blocked or stored, we will inform you and do our best to help you get out of the impasse. When you receive the product, please test it immediately and let us know if everything is fine, and if so, we kindly ask you to leave positive feedback.
According to Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, no. 185, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract within 14 business days from the day of receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the aforementioned 14 days. Within the aforementioned 14 days, all purchased goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging along with any manuals, without any defects, by the buyer to the seller-supplier.Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. Products can only be returned if they have not been used or tested, or in any case if they are not in a sellable condition. In no case will altered, damaged products or products lacking accompanying accessories be accepted. The right of withdrawal does not apply to those who cannot be considered consumers under Italian law.
Without prejudice to the above, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 3 days from the date the goods are returned by the customer. The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety.
The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all parts including any documentation and accessory materials: manuals, cables, etc. The right does not apply to all products related to personal care. In case of damage to the goods during return transport, we will inform the buyer to allow them to quickly file a claim against the carrier they chose and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured). We are in no way responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured and untracked shipments; Upon arrival at our offices, the product will be examined to assess any damage and/or alteration not resulting from transport.
