Payment must be made within 4 business days after the purchase is completed. The accepted payment methods are as follows.
In case of non-payment by the 4th day, we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th, we will close it with the report of an unpaid item and will relist the product for sale. Delivery of products will take place at the address provided by the buyer in the time and manner provided by SDA Express Courier, GLS, Priority, Registered Mail, and others at their discretion (no delay due to the courier not responding).
If the package is picked up or in stock, we will inform you and do what is in our possession to overcome the deadlock. Upon receiving the product, please test it immediately and let us know if everything is fine; if so, we kindly ask you to leave positive feedback. According to Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, n. 185, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract within 14 business days from the receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, within the aforementioned 14 days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Within the aforementioned 14-day deadline, all purchased items must be returned intact and in their original packaging along with all manuals, without any missing parts, from the buyer to the sender. Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
Products can only be returned if they have not been used or tried on, and in no case if they are not in a sellable condition. Under no circumstances will products with counterfeit items be accepted, those with defects, or missing supporting accessories. The right of withdrawal does not apply to those who cannot be considered consumers under Italian law.
Without prejudice to the fulfillment of the above, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 3 days from the date of return of the goods by the customer. The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. The law does not apply to all products related to personal care.
In case of damage to property during the return transport, we will inform the buyer to allow them to quickly file a complaint against the courier they chose and obtain reimbursement of the property value (if insured). We are in no way responsible for damages or theft/loss of assets returned with uninsured and untracked shipments; upon arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage and/or counterfeiting not resulting from transport.
