This Polini Hi Speed variator kit includes:
- One movable variator pulley (Ø183 mm)
- One variator sleeve, dimensions 25x35x75.3 mm
- Eight rollers, dimensions 25x15 mm x 14 g
- Eight rollers, dimensions 25x15 mm x 15 g
- One blue pressure spring, 125 mm free length (65 mm length under a 94 kg load)
- One Ø35 mm oil seal spring

The new HI-SPEED EVOLUTION variator is a true technological masterpiece: its main feature is the outstanding patented lubrication system, which ensures exceptional efficiency and performance without ever compromising maximum reliability. Standing starts are quicker and, thanks to the new operating speed, you will improve acceleration to reach top speed sooner.

Technical features: pressure spring with 100% increased load. The variator shaft (sleeve) is made of nickel-chromium steel and has a very low friction coefficient. It stands out for its carbon-based DLC treatment with innovative technology specifically designed for racing and aeronautical applications, intended for components subject to sliding and high wear. The large-capacity internal housing acts as a grease reservoir, inside which there is a special spring that allows constant distribution of grease onto the sleeve, even under the most demanding operating conditions. The inside of the roller tracks has undergone a special treatment to improve sliding.

The rollers are coated with a new blend of nylon and aramid fibers.
