The complete Malossi OVER RANGE MHR Next transmission group for Yamaha T-Max 530cc has been updated with a new variator that offers unique performance. The MULTIVAR MHR Next variator, combined with the other components, allows for exceptional performance. The movable pulley, called the torque driver, has a larger diameter than the original, allowing for a significantly greater transmission ratio range. Malossi technicians have paid great attention to detail in the creation of this pulley, using special materials and a thermochemical treatment that ensures extremely high wear resistance and great mechanical strength. The OVER RANGE system also includes a fixed half-pulley with a diamond-machined belt sliding surface and a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range.
