If the buyer returns the item due to purchasing the wrong part, installation issues, or not wanting the item, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If the item arrived damaged, the buyer must provide photos of the package and the item when requesting a refund or return. When returning from non-EU countries, mark the package as a RETURN.
