The delivery of the goods generally takes place within two working days to most national destinations (ITALY), with the exception of islands and difficult to access areas, and unless there are delays or problems attributable to the carrier. When placing an order, it is mandatory to provide a valid mobile phone contact as a reference to facilitate the delivery process.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package delivered to them. In the event of a damaged package, the customer is required to dispute the incident with the carrier by marking "WITHOUT WITHDRAWAL" on the transport document.
