When delivery is made via a carrier chosen directly by the Client from the Seller's website, delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the Products ordered by the Seller to the carrier, who has accepted them without reservation. The Client acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and has no recourse against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported. The Seller will refund or replace, at its expense and as soon as possible, the Products delivered with defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects duly proven by the Client, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see guarantees, in particular).

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Client has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within FOURTEEN (14) days at least following the notification to the Seller of the Client's decision to withdraw. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete packaging, accessories, instructions... Allowing them to be resold in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return. An acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Client by the Seller, or any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt, by the Seller, of the Products returned by the Client in accordance with the conditions provided for in this article.
