The accepted payment methods are as follows. In case of non-payment by the 4th day, we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th day, we will close it with the report of an unpaid item and we will relist the product for sale.
Product delivery will take place at the address provided by the buyer in the time and manner provided by SDA Express Courier, GLS, Priority, Registered Mail, and others at discretion (no delays due to postal service not responding). If the package is picked up or in stock, we will inform you and do what is in our power to overcome the impasse. 185, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, within the aforementioned period of 14 days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Within the aforementioned deadline of 14 days, all purchased items must be returned intact in their original packaging and all manuals, without any missing parts, must be sent back by the buyer to the sender. Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. Products can only be returned if they have not been used or tried on and are in a saleable condition.
Under no circumstances will products with signs of tampering, defects, or missing supporting accessories be accepted. The right of withdrawal does not apply to those who cannot be considered consumers under Italian law. Without prejudice to the aforementioned, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 3 days from the date of return of the goods by the customer.
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. The law does not apply to all products related to personal care. In case of damage to property during return transport, we will inform the buyer, allowing them to quickly file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain reimbursement for the value of the property (if insured). We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of returned items sent with uninsured and untracked shipments; upon arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage and/or alterations not resulting from transport.
