The amounts paid by the Client will then be refunded no later than FOURTEEN (15) days following the date of denunciation of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction. In the event of a specific request from the Client regarding the packaging or transport conditions of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be subject to a separate additional invoice, on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Client.

The Client is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of SEVEN (7) days from the delivery to make any reservations or claims by postal mail or email for non-conformity or apparent defects of the Products delivered, for example damaged package already opened..., with all supporting documents (including photos). After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defects and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.

When delivery is made via a carrier chosen by the Client directly from the Seller's website, delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the Products ordered by the Seller to the carrier, who has accepted them without reservation. The Client acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and has no recourse against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported. The Seller will refund or replace, at its expense and as soon as possible, the delivered Products whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Client, in the conditions provided for in articles L 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Conditions of Sale (see warranties, in particular). In accordance with the current legal provisions, the Client has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within at least FOURTEEN (14) days following notification to the Seller of the Client's decision to withdraw. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, packaging, accessories, instructions... allowing them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return. An acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Client by the Seller, or any other clear and unambiguous statement expressing the intention to withdraw.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt, by the Seller, of the Products returned by the Client in the conditions provided for in this article.
