The products ordered by the customer will be delivered in metropolitan France within a maximum of seven (7) working days from the date of dispatch of the order to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the website or as a relay point. The working days being those of the seller's store either from Tuesday to Saturday. After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defects and no claim will be validly accepted by the seller. When delivery takes place via a carrier, it chooses by the customer directly from the seller's website, the delivery is deemed to be made upon delivery of the goods ordered by the seller to the carrier who has accepted them without reservation. The customer therefore acknowledges that it is for the carrier to make the delivery and has no recourse as a guarantee against the seller in case of failure to deliver the goods carried the seller will refund or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the products delivered whose defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proved by the customer, under the conditions laid down in articles l 217-4 et seq.
