In the event of cancellation of the order (whether by the customer or by us), the amount will be credited back to the payment method used when placing the order.
Shipping is carried out within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, by express courier (unless otherwise stated in the listing).
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer, within the time frame and under the conditions set by the express courier service (we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier).
The tracking code will be provided only upon request and starting the day after shipment.
If your parcel is blocked or held in storage, we will inform you and do everything possible to resolve the issue.
When you receive the product, please test it immediately and let us know whether everything is fine. If so, we kindly ask you to leave positive feedback.
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order placed online without any penalty and without needing to provide any explanation, subject to the following conditions.
The right of withdrawal expires:
- If the essential condition of the goods’ integrity is missing (packaging and/or contents)
- If the goods and any consumables have been used, even partially
- If the original outer and/or inner packaging is missing
- If any components of the product are missing, such as accessories, cables, manuals, parts...
- If the product is damaged for reasons other than transport
In the cases listed above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who buy customized products cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, within 14 (fourteen) business days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated below.
The communication must contain:
- The expression of the intention to take advantage of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No.
185 of 22 May 1999
- An indication of the product or products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Your bank account details (to allow reimbursement of the amount due)
To obtain a refund, the customer must, at their own expense, return the purchased products to the address indicated by the seller.
Payment must be made within 3 business days following the withdrawal declaration.
Liability
We decline all responsibility in the event of loss of items after delivery of the goods.
