The item has already been used. All visible marks and scratches showing signs of use are shown in the photos below. It may have very small marks that are not really visible in the photos. After this period, the items will be relisted and negative feedback may be considered. Any damage or dent on the item is clearly shown in the photos (otherwise, please ask for more photos). For international shipping, please contact us as shipping prices vary and are more expensive. If purchased internationally, please provide your contact phone number for the carrier (otherwise delivery will take longer). You are more than welcome to leave feedback, as it is very important to us so we know that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately before leaving neutral or negative feedback. If you wish to return the item, please read the return policy below. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If the buyer returns the item because the wrong part was purchased, there are fitting issues, or they no longer want the item, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that electrical products (headlights, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances. If the item arrived damaged, the buyer must provide photos of the parcel and the item when requesting a refund or return. When returning from non-EU countries, mark the parcel as a RETURN.
