Any damage or dents on the item are clearly shown in the photos (otherwise, please ask for more photos). For international shipping, please contact us as shipping prices vary and are more expensive. If purchased internationally, please provide your contact phone number for the carrier (otherwise delivery will take longer). You are more than welcome to leave feedback, as it is very important to us so we know that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately before leaving neutral or negative feedback. If you wish to return the item, please read the return policy below. Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If the buyer returns the item because they bought the wrong part, have fitting issues, or simply do not want the item, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please note that electrical products (headlights, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.

If the item arrived damaged, the buyer must provide photos of the parcel and the item when requesting a refund or return. When returning from non-EU countries, please mark the parcel as a RETURN. PLEASE NOTE: all items are marked to prevent dishonest buyers (the marking must not be damaged when returning the item).
