Items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. All parcels are registered and their status can be checked online. However, we are not responsible for any possible carrier delays. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment must be made within 3 business days after the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed.

After this period, the items will be relisted and negative feedback may be considered. Before buying the item, please check carefully, or feel free to ask us if you are not sure it will fit your motorcycle. Any damage or dents on the item are clearly shown in the photos (otherwise, please ask for more photos). For shipments abroad, please contact us as shipping prices vary and are more expensive. If purchased internationally, please provide your contact phone number for the carrier (otherwise delivery will take longer).

You are more than welcome to leave feedback, as it is very important to us so we know you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately before leaving neutral or negative feedback.

If you wish to return the item, please read the return policy below. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If the buyer returns the item because they bought the wrong part, have fitting issues, or no longer want the item, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Please note that electrical products (headlights, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances. If the item arrived damaged, the buyer must provide photos of the parcel and the item when requesting a refund or return. When returning from non-EU countries, please mark the parcel as a RETURN. PLEASE NOTE: all items are marked to prevent dishonest buyers (the marking must not be damaged when returned).
