The right of withdrawal expires: - Due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content) - Use even partial of the goods and any consumables - Absence of the outer packaging and/or original inner packaging - Absence of constituent elements of the product such as accessories, cables, manuals, parts... Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport In the cases mentioned above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender. Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who buy customized products cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated below. Communication may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex, and fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours following.
The communication must contain: - The expression of the intention to take advantage of the benefit granted by the legislative decree. 185 of May 22, 1999 - Indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal - The details regarding your bank account (to enable the refund of the amount due).
To obtain the refund of the amount, the customer must return the purchased products at their own expense to the address indicated by the seller. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal. Liability We disclaim any responsibility in case of loss of items after delivery of the goods.
